Assessment-engine scoring and server storage

The browser submits only responses and response times. The server verifies the assigned session, part, and form, then calculates and stores raw scores against a private scoring manifest.

Raw scores, correct, incorrect, unknown and timeout responses, response times, and part/domain scores are stored separately. A reference converted score is shown only when approved norm data is available.
